Proud Connections Live Chat 

Proud Connections Live Chat is here to provide online support for LGBT+ young people (13+) and the adults in their lives.

Are you LGBT+ or questioning your gender or sexuality and looking for someone to talk to?

Are you supporting an LGBT+ young person and need information, advice or someone to chat to?

Proud Connections Live Chat is open 11am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Proud Connections Mentors 

Proud Connections Mentors programme pairs LGBT+ young people with trained LGBT+ adult mentors for regular online support sessions. The programme is open to LGBT+ young people aged 16 – 25 across the UK.

Our trained and experienced LGBT+ mentors provide a safe and supportive space for young people to speak openly about their thoughts, feelings and situation without judgment.

Mentor sessions can cover a variety of topics including:

  • Support accessing groups
  • Planning for the future
  • Support with accessing education or employment
  • Exam stress and preparation
  • Exploring gender or sexuality
  • Anything else that is important to the young person
