UK Youth Parliament: Farewell from the 2024–2026 MYPs

As the 2024–2026 term comes to an end, Suffolk’s Members of the UK Youth Parliament are passing the torch to a new generation and want to share a quick message with you all.

We want to give a huge shoutout to our amazing members: Hermione, Kayleb, Mohamad and Henry and everything they’ve achieved, including:

  • Speaking in the House of Commons
  • Visiting London for the first time
  • Attending two 2-day UKYP Annual Conferences at Warwick & Sussex Universities.
  • Pushed for Suffolk County Council to sign the Power of Youth Charter.
  • Spoke at Public Health Meeting in the Council Chamber at Endeavour House.
  • Contributed to and inspired Public Health’s Annual Report about Youth Action.
  • …and so much more!

Thank you for your passion, dedication and impact, you are truly inspiring!
