Children’s Mental Health Week took place on 3rd to 9th February. Every year it encourages children and young people to reach out so they do not face mental health problems alone.
This year’s Children’s Mental Health Week looked at the theme of ‘Know Yourself, Grow Yourself’. This is about embracing self-awareness and exploring what it means.
Being self-aware means getting to know and understand ourselves – the things that we are good at? What makes us feel happy and unhappy? Understanding these things can help us grow as a person and connect with others.
The more we know ourselves, the more prepared we are to express our emotions with others which is important when we have to deal with life’s ups and downs.
To help you know yourself more and better connect with friends and family, we have created the quizzes below.
