Take Action – For Mental Health Awareness Week 11-17 May

Our mental health is shaped by the environments and circumstances in which we live. This Mental Health Awareness Week is focussed on what actions we can take to boost our mental health.

While some things we have no control over, we do have the power to take action to boost our wellbeing. Even small actions matter. Through Mental Health Awareness Week we are sharing advice and tips to try out some quick wins to help: ourself, our friends, and the people around us, to feel happier and healthier.

How can I take action for Mental Health Awareness Week 2026?

Think about…

  • One thing you can do to boost your mental health
  • One thing you can do to boost your friends mental health
  • One thing you can do to boost everyone’s mental health (to help others around you)
