- 7 Cups App – For emotional distress
- Calm Halm App – For Self-harm
- Recovery App – Eating disorders
- MindShift App – Anxiety

The following haven’t been tested by our young people, but they have been recommended to us:
Headspace – helps to manage stress, anxiety and low mood
Super Better – helps with resilience to tackle life’s challenges
Reach Out Worry Time – helps cope with anxiety and stress
Relax Melodies: Sleep sounds – helps with relaxation and sleep
Catch it – helps users better understand their moods through use of an ongoing diary
Wizzie App – The app is useful to any students and includes features that can assist dyslexic and ADHD users, and students where English is their second language users.
Please remember that Apps can be a helpful aid but they’re not a substitute for treatment or seeking help.
