Day 18 What's Up Challenge - Dance like no body is watching on your way to school/college/work

Why is this good for your emotional health and wellbeing?

Dancing can improve your day! Waking up and dancing in the morning while getting ready for work/school helps to put you in a good mood and feel more energised for the day ahead.

Some people believe starting the day singing and dancing helps them to have a great day!

How to complete this challenge

You could put together a morning playlist with your friends and family that gets you grooving in the morning for a good start to your day as you get ready for work or walk to school.

You could challenge yourself to dance first thing in the morning, every day for 10 minutes for a week, no matter what, and see if this makes you feel happier and more energised!
