How to complete this challenge
Write a positive/happy note – it can be for a friend or family member to find, or for a stranger to find.
Positive notes of encouragement ideas:

Places to leave your note:
- A library – inside a book.
- Kitchen cupboard at home
- Pocket of a friends coat or bag
- In a draw
- Under a pillow
- On a seat
- Taped to a mirror
- Write a note on toilet paper a few squares down and then re-roll it up.
