Survey to empower children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities
Suffolk County Council is repeating the SEND CYP survey to empower children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities to share their experiences.
As part of the SEND Strategy, we need to hear how the services that young people access impact on their lives and the choices they make about their futures.
The survey is now live, you can access it here: https://forms.office.com/e/b0U9CQRt5Z
All responses are anonymous and there is the incentive of a free prize draw.
Other version of this survey, including easy read are available on request.
Do you need our help to run the survey at your setting?
Staff from the Engagement Hub are available (subject to capacity) to come into education settings and support you to run sessions during which pupils can complete the survey (we will bring treats).
