Advent 30 Day What's Up Challenge 8 - Watch your favourite 'feel-good' Winter movie

Why is this good for your emotional health and wellbeing?

A ‘feel good’ movie is a great pick-me-up if you’re feeling down. Whether it’s cosying up on the sofa to watch a festive romantic movie, a Disney animation or an action-hero adventure, films help take our mind off things and experience a dream-like world which leave us feeling inspired. What is your favourite feel good movie you like to snuggle up and watch?

How to complete this challenge?

Just pop on a movie that makes you feel good – not a Horror movie.
