Advent 30 Day What's Up Challenge 12 - Wear a Christmas jumper or a colourful jumper

Today on Thursday 12th December, it is Christmas Jumper day. It’s time to put on your Christmas jumper and help kids in the UK and around the world get the best future ever by making a donation to charity.

Why is this good for your emotional health and wellbeing?

By doing this challenge you are helping children in need, and when we are helping others we feel better about ourselves. This also reminds us that we are not the only one with struggles.

How to complete this challenge?

Christmas Jumper Day is an annual event hosted by Save the Children’s Charity which raises money for the children who need it most. Every December, millions of people across the United Kingdom (and beyond!) put on a festive knit at their workplace, school or with friends and make a donation to help give children the magical future they deserve.

  1. Put on your Christmas jumper. If you don’t have one then just put on a colourful jumper instead.
  2. Go to www.savethechildren.org.uk and make a small donation – whatever you can afford.
