Advent 30 Day What's Up Challenge 28 - Try making soup

Why is this good for your emotional health and wellbeing?

Winter can be a cold and dreary time, and a hot bowl of soup can provide us with some warmth and comfort, and good nutrition too. The process of making soup – chopping the vegetables and focussing on adding ingredients and experimenting with flavours can help focus and engage our senses. Making soup can also involve friends and family in preparing and sharing the soup you have made.

How to complete this challenge?

Find a easy soup recipe you can try making. We have shared a few below to help give you ideas for your soup.
