What is the best thing you can give someone? A Hug!

Cuddles and hugs are the best at making us instantly feel better and calmer. This is because cuddling releases endorphins, which are natural mood-boosting chemicals in the brain that reduce feelings of sadness, loneliness and depressions, and make us feel happier.

How to complete this challenge

Find something or someone to cuddle – simple. What kind of hugger are you?
