- Calm Halm App – For Self-harm
- Recovery Record App – Eating disorders
- How We Feel App – A journal for your wellbeing
More Apps you can explore
Explore helpful Apps recommended by the NHS and visit NHS Apps.
The following haven’t been tested by our young people, but they have been recommended to us:
- Childline ‘For Me’ App
- Headspace – helps to manage stress, anxiety and low mood
- Super Better – helps with resilience to tackle life’s challenges
- Reach Out Worry Time – helps cope with anxiety and stress
- Relax Melodies: Sleep sounds – helps with relaxation and sleep
- Catch it – helps users better understand their moods through use of an ongoing diary
- Wizzie App – The app is useful to any students and includes features that can assist dyslexic and ADHD users, and students where English is their second language users.
Please remember that Apps can be a helpful aid but they’re not a substitute for treatment or seeking help.
