For information, advice and guidance around post-16 options for young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).
There are three directories which pull together information about opportunities available for a disabled young person when they have finished at further education college, sixth form college or sixth form. They include details about social enterprises, personal development opportunities, care farms, leisure pursuits, volunteering and youth and social groups across Suffolk. They are updated twice a year.
