Getting a job or placement with a local council
Councils will post details of vacancies on Rising High in Suffolk covering a wide range of jobs and services - much more than just emptying the bins!
Suffolk County Council has a huge range of opportunities for young people, including work experience, apprenticeships, internships, and graduate placements.
The internships are 12 week paid work placements, which will develop your skills and experience and prepare you for employment. Find out more about the Internship Programme.
